Rocky Balboa is a handsome dude who loves EVERYONE and every dog. Hasn't been around cats but with his personality I think he will be fine. Same with children. Rocky is house trained and crate trained. He is VERY gentle and loves to snuggle and kiss. He is 3-years-old and weighs around 20lbs. Could use to gain a few pounds. Rocky was matted and had horrible skin allergies when we pulled him from the shelter where he was dumped by his family. Now that he is eating better his hair will grow in quickly and he will be stunning again. Not only did they not care for his skin they did not give him heartworm prevention and now will need to complete heartworm treatment.

He is on premeds now and will be starting treatment near the end of October. Rocky will need to stay in the south MS area until treatment complete.

His fee will be 275.00 and that includes the heartworm treatment, all vaccinations, neuter, microchip and the new 12-month heartworm shot. Apps can be found at www.tireddogrescue.com

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
