Winnie is a charming and resilient 8-year-old purebred pitbull with a beautiful fawn coat. I've had the joy of sharing my life with her for the past 7.5 years. Despite her challenging start in life, she has grown into a wonderfully well-mannered and affectionate companion.

**Personality and Behavior:**
- **Great with Other Pets:** Winnie gets along well with most dogs, as long as they are not aggressive. She is also indifferent to cats.
- **Loves Kids:** She adores children and is gentle with them.
- **Well-Trained:** Winnie is housebroken and has never used a crate. She listens very well and is not destructive.
- **Friendly:** She has never bitten or even attempted to bite anyone.
- **Inside Dog:** While she loves to explore the outdoors, Winnie is an inside dog at heart.

**Health:**
- **Vaccinations:** Winnie is up-to-date on all shots and vaccinations.
- **Preventatives:** She is on heartworm prevention and takes Heartgard and NexGard for fleas and ticks.
- **Special Care:** Winnie has had allergy shots every six months during the summer to keep her comfortable.

**Unique Feature:**
Winnie only has three legs. When she was six months old, she was shot and her elbow was shattered. I began fostering her then, and when the time came, I couldn’t let her go, so I adopted her. Despite this, she gets around just fine and enjoys her time outside exploring.

Winnie has only two weeks before she might have to go to a shelter, and I’m hoping to find her a loving forever home before then. She is shy at times but will blossom with a bit of patience and love.
